By submitting an order on this site, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• You must be at the delivery location during the delivery times in order to receive your groceries.
• If we are unable to deliver your groceries, they will be returned to Uncle Harry's store and retained for customer pick-up. In this case, delivery charges will still apply to the order. Please note: Our delivery charge is $2.00 on orders under $20.00 and 15% on orders over $20.00.
• Charges will be applied to your DukeCard based on the type of merchandise selected. All food products, as well as the delivery charges, will be charged to your food points. Any non-food product charges will be charged to your flex account. If you do not have a flex account, the items that fall into this category will not be included in the order.
• Your signature will be required at delivery.
